Julian has developed his craft in some of North America’s and Europe’s most acclaimed restaurants, gaining a deep appreciation for precision, technique, and the beauty of simple, high-quality ingredients. His passion for cooking is evident in every detail of Ten’s tasting menus, where he showcases a thoughtful, ingredient-driven approach that allows seasonal produce to shine. As a leader, Julian encourages a culture of curiosity and innovation within his culinary team, encouraging continuous learning and collaboration. His commitment to refinement extends beyond the plate, shaping the entire experience at Ten - one that is intimate, ever-evolving, and deeply rooted in creativity and respect for ingredients.

Rebecca Pettigrew

Beverage Director 


A sommelier with over 15 years of experience, Rebecca has curated wine selections and managed some of the city's top restaurants. Her expertise in pairing wines to complement each dish, combined with her dedication to hospitality, is unparalleled. In 2023, she was honoured with the Notable Life Sommelier Award. Passionate about her craft, Rebecca oversees our wine and beverage program, ensuring a thoughtfully curated wine list and pairings.

Sophie Weinstein


General Manager


With over a decade of experience in her hometown of Toronto's restaurant industry, Sophie has cultivated a deep passion for and understanding of hospitality. She has honed her expertise across various roles including service, bartending, management, and consulting. An integral part of ensuring Ten operates seamlessly, she brings both skill and dedication to her role. Committed to continuous learning, she is currently advancing her wine studies at George Brown College.
